?disappearing variable

Hi All,

I've a script that prints out all parsed variables that have been recieved as a result of a form submit; example output =

RTProgrammeID = 29
RTLicenceTypeID = 3
RTCurrencyUnitID = 3
RTPermissionStatusID = 3
RTDocumentID = 2214
RTRequestID = 2138
RTDateRequested = 25-09-2003
RTDateMounted = 25-09-2003
RTDeadlineDate = 25-09-2004
RTExpiryDate = 25-09-2004
RTFilename = FName
RTPrintPermissionLetter = yes
RTPrintPermissionFax = yes
RTLetterCount = 1
RTFaxCount = 1
RTAddToWebpage = yes
RTDateResolved = 25-04-2003
RTRequestDetailsNotes = RDNotes
RTExchangeRate = .25
RTFeeOrRate = 200
RTMinPayment = 200
RTMaxPayment = 200
RTLicenceNotes = lnOTES
RTCost = 200
op = ds
submit = Update This Record

HOWEVER, when I use this same parsed info (in the same script) to create a database INSERT statement, I get something like the following-

INSERT INTO Request_Table
(RequestID, DocumentID, ProgrammeID, DateRequested, DateMounted, DeadlineDate, ExpiryDate, Filename, PrintPermissionLetter, PrintPermissionFax, LetterCount, FaxCount, AddToWebpage, DateResolved, PermissionStatusID, RequestDetailsNotes, LicenceTypeID, CurrencyUnitID, ExchangeRate, FeeOrRate, MinPayment, MaxPayment, LicenceNotes, Cost)
VALUES
(2138, , 29, to_date('25-09-2003','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('25-09-2003','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('25-09-2004','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('25-09-2004','dd-mm-yyyy'), 'FName', 'yes', 'yes', 1, 1, 'yes', to_date('25-04-2003','dd-mm-yy'), 3, 'RDNotes', 3, 3, .25, 200, 200, 200, 'lnOTES', 200)

As you can see, all the parsed variables make it into the INSERT statement APART FROM DocumentID and I was wondering if anyone might have clue why? This is infuriating as I've made no typo errors. Don't believe me? Here's the actual SQL

NSERT INTO Request_Table
(RequestID, DocumentID, ProgrammeID, DateRequested, DateMounted, DeadlineDate, ExpiryDate, Filename, PrintPermissionLetter, PrintPermissionFax, LetterCount, FaxCount, AddToWebpage, DateResolved, PermissionStatusID, RequestDetailsNotes, LicenceTypeID, CurrencyUnitID, ExchangeRate, FeeOrRate, MinPayment, MaxPayment, LicenceNotes, Cost)
VALUES
($RTRequestID, $RTDocumentID, $RTProgrammeID, to_date('$RTDateRequested','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('$RTDateMounted','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('$RTDeadlineDate','dd-mm-yyyy'), to_date('$RTExpiryDate','dd-mm-yyyy'), '$RTFilename', '$RTPrintPermissionLetter', '$RTPrintPermissionFax', $RTLetterCount, $RTFaxCount, '$RTAddToWebpage', to_date('$RTDateResolved','dd-mm-yy'), $RTPermissionStatusID, '$RTRequestDetailsNotes', $RTLicenceTypeID, $RTCurrencyUnitID, $RTExchangeRate, $RTFeeOrRate, $RTMinPayment, $RTMaxPayment, '$RTLicenceNotes', $RTCost)

Any help gratefully recieved
