Dear I have a website and a contact me form in php.
The problem is that any one with same IP Address can send me email more than thousand times.
I want to disable multiple form submission with same IP Address atleast for 12 hours.
I know its possible in Client side language like JSP using cookie but is this possible to disable in PHP?????
